What Kind of Information Does Awesome Beds4 Kids collect?

Awesome Beds 4 Kids has the right to modify or discontinue products at anytime. Awesome Beds 4 Kids has the right to ship products that have similar functionality and performance as products ordered, but differences between what is delivered and what is described in a specification sheet or on the web site are possible.

General
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail or by phone. All pricing and delivery information is subject to change without notice. Awesome Beds 4 Kids will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or any other information.

Returns
Awesome Beds 4 Kids will not accept returns on any product/s if the customer simply changes his or her mind. Please ensure you have measured your room size as this is your responsibilty as we don't except returns under any circumstance if the bed simply doesn't fit in your room.
All returns are to be notified within 7 business days of delivery, please phone prior to returning. All returns are to be authorised by Awesome Beds 4 Kids and all freight/postage costs on returns are to be paid by the customer. Awesome Beds 4 Kids will pay for freight/postage charges if the incorrect product or products are delivered.

Damaged Goods
All item/s that are defective on arrival, or found to be defective will be replaced at no cost to you once proof of damaged item is shown to Awesome Beds 4 Kids via photo's (which can be emailed at any time) and is deemed to be a defective part from manufacturing. If the item/s are found to be defective the replacement part is covered under the terms of the warranty. We ask that you then inspect the goods and let us know from instructions sheet what part number is damaged or defective. You can contact Awesome Beds 4 Kids for assistance if you need to process a replacement part.

Warranties
Most beds have a 12month warranty from date of purchase. Awesome Beds 4 Kids will warrant any claim if product is found to be defective upon photographic proof. The item/s will be covered under each different products warranty terms & conditions as stipulated by different manufactures. Awesome Beds 4 Kids we will replace the broken part free of charge and have it delivered the same way as you purchased the bed if an item/s is found to be defective. You will be responsible for any related costs and the cost of shipping the defective item/s back to Awesome Beds 4 Kids if the product is found not to be covered under the warranties terms & conditions. Proof of purchase will be required for any claims. If parts are broken under force Awesome Beds 4 Kids will not cover these items. You may contact us for replacement parts which we can supply for current models at your cost. Clearance items or product seconds do not have warranties unless stipulated.

You must contact Awesome Beds 4 Kids straight away upon inspection of goods from couriers and make note on delivery docket of the item/s being damaged. Once any item/s that are delivered and are found to be defective from freight damages please contact Awesome Beds 4 Kids. We will then contact courier and discuss if the damage is caused by freight or it is a manfacturing problem. All flat packed beds that are delivered by couriers on behalf of Awesome Beds 4 Kids have insurance. If the goods are damaged Awesome Beds 4 Kids will act ASAP to rectify the problem.

Clearance Items
We're sorry there are no returns on clearance items or floor stock beds. All clearance and floor stock labelled items are available while stocks last.

Payment
Payments can be made by cash, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX only by contact with Awesome beds 4 kids first as there is a 3% surcharge), bank deposit, online bank deposit/transfer (please call or email for bank details), bank cheque, personal cheques (personal cheques, funds must be cleared before goods are sent) and Australia Post money orders. Awesome Beds 4 Kids doesn't accept C.O.D (cash on delivery) from our couriers. The only time C.O.D is available is deliveries made within local area from our Qld Store. If there are insufficient funds when the goods are processed, you will be contacted by email or phone. Your order will not be processed or despatched until there are sufficient funds available.
